"Usually when we breathe in and out of our nose, especially when we're trying to take a deep breath, what happens is your nostrils flare down, and then you end up not taking as deep of a breath as you want to. You end up, this is what Ujai breath is going to really help you, to take a super deep breath, that you're going to need for the vinyasa yoga. What you're going to do is, you're going to open your mouth very wide, please, and you're going to make the sound ha in and out. Keep your mouth open wide please. Close and swallow. We're going to place our hands right here, and then you can feel where it was burning, right? You can feel like a little burn. So then what we're going to do with our mouth closed is, we're going to try to make the ha ha sound using the nose. So, we're going to let the air pass through the nose at the exact same place where you might feel a little burning, there. Don't worry if you don't get it the first time. You keep trying and I will promise you that vinyasa yoga and ujai breath will come very easily to you."
