"So every position in the Sunsalute, in this Vinyasa, when it's an inhale, it's an upward movement or a back bend. And when it's an exhale, it's a forward movement or a forward bend. So, having just done an exhaling position, we're going to do an inhaling position. So Annika is going to put her back knee down and inhale, slide the hips forward. You're going to take your hands on your front knee. And she's going to release a little bit, pressing the hips back ever so slightly, scooping the tail bone under to create more of an outward spiral. So we can create more inward spiral, let the hips slide back a little bit further. We're going to do the arms, hands flat, rib cage up, head of the arm bones back, spread the thumbs out, and inhale, reach back. And if she can, she can even drop the hips a little bit farther forward. Beautiful. And then take a break, exhaling. Exactly."
