"Position 5 in the super fun Sunsalute is a warrior 1 variation. This is a balancing pose and another opportunity for back bend. So if you'll take it straight to a lunge pose, please, with the right leg back, Annika. Both hands on the floor. So here we are in position 4. We're going to come up to position 5, but we're going to do it in stages. You don't have to be able to come all the way up. We can take our hands just to the left knee, still pressing up on the inner right thigh to keep an inner rotation. And then, from there, she's able to let the tail bone drop a little bit, pull the waist over the hips, ribs over the waist, shoulders over the ribs. Drop your hands by your sides. And on the next inhale, she can lift her arms up and warrior 1 variation. She's got a slight back bend here. And then take it back to a lunge pose. And release. Good."
