"This last one's going to be closing our pose after the last standing forward fold. So here we are in mountain pose, deep breath, inhale up, reaching back, exhaling, flat back all the way to standing forward fold. Soften your knees, stepping or hopping both feet back, plank, with your breath pressing back into down dog, soft in your knees and elbows, chaturanga down into updog. Deep breath in and exhale, down dog, stepping the right foot forward, lifting into warrior one, and then with your breath into warrior two, straightening the right leg, leaning over into triangle, bringing the left arm around, stepping into standing forward fold, and then from this position as you're ready, taking a deep breath, arms come up and then exhale slowly to the heart, and just standing and relaxing here, feeling the effects of the asana. Inhale and exhale as you prepare to do the next side."
