"The next transition is warrior two into triangle. So again, with our flow, feet together, deep breath, inhale up, exhaling flat back into standing forward fold, stepping or hopping back into plank. Exhale lifting into down dog, heels into the floor and then chaturanga down, head first; hips follow into upward facing dog. Deep breath in, again exhaling into down dog, heels into the floor. Again, with your breath, right foot steps forward, left toe turns out, lifting into warrior one, and then with your exhale taking it out into warrior two. From this position, this is your transition from warrior two, you're going to straighten the right leg and then taking the body over into triangle, keeping that left shoulder pulled back, gaze ideally up over the left hand unless it bothers your neck, in which case you can keep it forward or down towards the ground. If you're really flexible you want to take that right hand all the way to the floor, probably behind the foot would be better. If you need something a little bit easier you want to bring the body up some, and taking the hand either next to the knee or on the shin. And again, the left shoulder pulled back; gaze up over the left shoulder. This is your triangle."
