"The next position we're going into is warrior two. Starting from mountain, inhale, arms come up, exhaling, pitching forward, flat back into your standing forward fold. Again, softening the knees, stepping one foot at a time or hopping them both back into plank. Exhale, lifting up into down dog, pressing the heels into the floor, and then chaturanga down, softening the knees and elbows, skipping head first, hips follow into updog. Deep breath, inhale, exhaling into down dog. Heels into the floor and then stepping the right foot forward lifting into warrior one as you turn the left toe out. In this position, deep breath in and exhale taking it into warrior two. The important parts about this pose are keeping the knee behind the ankle to protect the knee joint, and then you want to stack the hips directly underneath the shoulders, the shoulders directly over the hips. Hands are parallel to the floor, fingertips are reaching to opposite walls, and just letting your gaze bow out and past the front hand as you take deep breaths in and exhale out. This is warrior two."
