"The next pose is going into warrior one. Again, starting in mountain, inhaling up, reaching up and back, exhaling, flat back reaching forward into standing forward fold. Again, stepping one foot or hopping both back into plank, elbows in, exhale, slowly lowering yourself to the floor into up dog. Deep breath, exhaling into a downward facing dog, pressing the heels into the floor, and then from here you're going to pull your right foot forward, again, bringing the knee into the chest, setting that foot as far forward as you can between the hands so you're in the lunge, turning the left toe out slightly, and then lifting straight up into voyeur one. You want to make sure the big toe of the right foot aligns with the hell of your left, and you're just reaching up to the ceiling. You're also going to keep all in line, this line from your heel all the way up to your hands. You should feel the stretch a little bit in your quads and really deeply in your left hip and also underneath the arms as you stretch. Some modifications to this are just deepening the lunge, and you can either clasp your hands and take them up and lean them back to get a deeper stretch in the hip. If it hurts your lower back you can take your hands behind the back into prayer position, and support your back there while you hold. Most ideally, just is reaching straight up, getting a nice, gentle full stretch with the hands reaching up towards the sky. This is your warrior one."
