on 3/26/2009 Hi Casey,

I registered myself for the free fitness program. you seem to have the right body language and the effective presence at the workouts.

I hope you answer this one...I have been going to aerobics from last couple of months but I have not been able to burn my sidetires completely and especially my ugly belly fat. though I have mentioned to shell around 13 kilos with diet and jog prior to Aerobics. You know...

Please give some very effective workouts patterns fot the above mentioned ever-bothering areas of my body.

Looking forward for your reply and the great workouts for the above cause.

Thanks & Regards,
Solomon

" Hi my name is Casey Neuwirth and I have a business called Gateway Fitness. You can contact me at http://www.gateway-fitness.com. And what I’m going to show you is a V up. and what you’re going to do is start right in the middle, step up with your right out with your left *both on top of the block* down with the right together with your left so it’s right left right left. Nice wide stance as you’re up and together as you’re down so one two three four five six seven eight. To go the opposite way you step up with the left first, then with the right, down with the left followed by the right so one two three four five six seven eight. "
