What you do is you have the block length wise; you’re going to step on the right side in the middle and back together with your left down with your right and right back over it. Start with your left together with the right, down with the left back together with the right. So it’s one two three for five six seven eight. To make it harder what you can do is add a little hop in the middle so one two three four five six seven eight. "
