What you're gonna do is have the block right in front of you, and I'm working on the right side, of my right side. I'm gonna step up with my left, kick forward with my right, step down with the leg I just kicked with, my right, and back together with my left. Up with my left, kick with my right back down with the right and together with the left. So it's step, kick, down, touch, step kick and back down. So it's 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8, 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8. That works one side, so to work the other side step to the opposite side of the block. Step up with the right, kick with the left, down with the left, touching back down with the right. Up with the right, kicking with the left, down with the right together with the left. So, 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8, 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8."
