"Thanks for joining me here at expertvillage.com. My name is Connie Hale; we’re going to work on some aerobic exercise here, but first we’ve got to warm up. We’re warming up our last muscle group, the neck and head. Simple head rolls: just bring your head down letting your chin reach to your chest, over to the side, let it fall back, and over to the side. You can reverse it, bring it all the way back around; just let it relax. Just pretend your neck’s on a hinge. Let is fall right down, touch the chest, and across. When you get to the side, you can take it, bring your hand up on top of your head, use the other hand to push away from your body, just slightly pull on the head. We’re going to reverse that grabbing the head, slightly pull. We’re going to feel it right here along the neck. Push this hand away from you, stretch and up. You can do the same thing to the front just slightly. Carefully pull it down, stretching the back of the neck, looking up, let it hang back, make sure shoulders are pressed down, and stretch. Simple head rolls and head stretches: that could do a lot for preventing any type of pulled muscle in your neck area. Alright, thanks!"
