"Hi guys! My name is Connie Hale, thanks for joining me at expertvillage.com. Today, we’re warming up to get ready to do some aerobic dancing. Please discuss with your doctor anything that you want to take on as far as an exercise routine goes; you want to make sure that it’s right for you. We’re going to stretch front with our arm, we’re going to bring it across the chest. Grabbing right at your elbow and stretching. Again, what I’m doing here is just bringing my arm flat right across my body, the other arm’s scooping up. My forearm is going to meet right at my elbow to keep it straight and just push it up. Make a nice little shape here with our arms. You’re going to hold that. This is stretching the outer portion of arm. We’re just going to hold it there. Again, at least 30 seconds if you’re going to hold anything. Reverse it, bring this arm across, make sure it’s straight, arm is scooping up, right at the elbow to keep it straight, stretching the shoulder. Very good. Again, you want to make sure you’re holding these stretches at least 30 seconds so that it takes effect and actually does stretch your muscles how you want them to be stretched. Thank you!"
