"Hi! My name is Connie Hale. Thanks for joining me here at expertvillage.com. Today we’re working on some warm up routine and exercises for aerobic dance. Please, promise me you’re going to discuss with your doctor before you take on any form of exercise routine. We’re actually now going to be stretching out our arms and upper body. We’re just going to start by bringing one arm up. It’s going to come and fall behind your head. Pretend you’re giving yourself a pat on the back. Grab that elbow and give it a slight pull, pulling it back. My hand is just hanging behind my back here. Relaxed. What we’re working on stretching is right underneath the arm. Switch, bring your arm up, let it fall behind you. Grabbing on to your elbow, bring it down, let it stretch. I’m going to go ahead and turn around so you can see my positioning of my arms when I am doing that stretch. It comes up and down. Grabbing the elbow right to the middle of the back. Again, as if you were patting yourself on the back. Same thing, reverse. Down and stretch. This is great to stretch right under the arm and the back. Alright, thanks for joining me. "
