Video Transcript

"Strength conditioning is absolutely imperative to transform your body like an A-list celebrity. We need to build muscle, which creates great tone. You only have to look at some of the top A-list celebrities like Madonna or Demi Moore. They've all done muscular endurance and strength training to create that incredible tone in their body. Some basic strength equipment would be free weights. So as you see here, we have a dumbbell set that goes from five pounds to fifty pounds. But it's not necessary to have all of that weight in your house or at the gym. It's only necessary to maybe pick up a five pound weight, an eight pound weight, and a three pound weight. Just add weight to your routine and you will see the difference in the tone of your muscles. In the first four weeks of your program, you're going to use just your body weights. Don't add too much weight too quickly. You can strain your muscles, create injuries, and a lot of pain that will set you back weeks in your program."
