"There are some things you absolutely need to avoid in your lifestyle. That would be white flour, yeast, high glycemic fruits, potatoes, too much starch, carrots, white bread, carbonated drinks, and you've got to slow down on the coffee. I say this every day to my A-list clients, my models, my soccer moms, my celebrities, my executives. We live off of stimulants and there are things that you absolutely have to stop or you should just stop watching right now. Let's talk about stress. Stress is a huge culprit in the way that this program will affect you and those results that you will get. Meditation, yoga, stretching, going to bed earlier, time management, those are all great stress reducers. And it's important to implement in the first four weeks of your program, some really great techniques to reduce your stress. For an example, just waking up ten minutes earlier in your day. So, say you wake up at six a.m., wake up at five fifty and just lay in your bed and meditate. Or, even better, jump out of bed, find a space in your house, sit down on the floor and meditate and manifest what you're going to create in that day. That would reduce your stress level completely before the kids wake up, before your husband gets out of bed, before you have to start your day. Start by meditating on what you'll try to achieve and what you'd like to create in that day. Also just a nice, deep stretch is also great for stress management. And then time management. Making sure that your foods are prepared, that you've got things in the fridge that you can just pull out, give to the kids on their way out the door, and you have a packed lunch and you've got something for your spouse or your partner."
