Video Transcript

"In the plan, the first thing that we're going to discuss is nutrition. Right now I'm sure that all of you are doing something wrong in your nutritional plan. We're not hydrating enough, and we're not eating enough calories, or protein. Today our society lives off of fast food and processed foods. Processed foods, colored foods, not natural. So today I'm going to talk to you about eating naturally for what your body craves and wants. I'm going to talk to you about the glycemic index and how that affects your insulin levels and how that affects your results in losing weight and inches. So the first four weeks of the ultimate transformation, we start with your diet, with your lifestyle. As a celebrity, we have a personal chef that cooks all of their food for them. That's not necessary for what you're trying to create. You will need to have some time management to make food three times a week. Cut up vegetables, have proteins available for you to take out of the fridge and onto your day. You will need a cooler, and you'll need a great set of Tupperware to carry all of your things in. You'll need fresh fruits and vegetables, ready to eat when you're having those sweet cravings, and you'll need a huge bottle of water to hydrate at all times."
