"Hi I'm Angela Martindale and I'm talking to you about how to fight obesity in twelve weeks. It's not hard ladies and gentlemen. It's just about movement. It's time to move. There are two extremely important things that you need to do that. You need great support on your feet and you need to know where your heart rate is so you know how many calories you are burning. Which is part of your twelve week program. This is part three and it's extremely important. We want to just move, it's part of exercise. There are two important elements that you need to achieve great cardio exercise. You need to now where your heart rate is at all times. That's your cheap and easy, inexpensive personal trainer. To know where your heart rate is. These are heart rate monitors and it's important to use them to know exactly where you are at cardiovascularly, aerobically and anaerobically. And how we determine that is through the carbonen formula, which is two twenty minus your age and take sixty five percent of that. You want to be at sixty five to seventy five percent for optimal fat burning. Now if you don't have a treadmill or a piece of equipment at home, just start moving. Ten minutes a day is all it takes to get started. Go out and walk, go play outside with your kids, just stand up and move, turn on some music and move for ten minutes at least. And then work your way up to forty five minutes into your twelve week program. At any gym, in any private studio, at your local community center, just go start moving."
