"Hi, I'm Angela Martindale and today I'm speaking to you about how to get out of obesity in twelve weeks. This is step three, exercise. Now some of you may think, Angela, I'm not going to do it. I'm not going to exercise, I'm not going to push myself, and hurt my knees and my joints and my elements and my shoulders and my back. I just can't. I'm going to show you some incredible exercises that will get you out of obesity in twelve weeks. If you consistently do them, three times a week for fifteen minutes a day. It is powerful, you will feel stronger, more energized and transformed in twelve weeks. Some of you are listening to this right now and you're thinking, I can't go to the gym. I can't go there because I feel so fat. And I'm not going to go there and humiliate myself. Some of you may be thinking, I don't even know what to do. Once I get there what do I do.
