"Hi, my name is Angela Martindale, and I'm speaking to you today about how to get out of obesity in twelve weeks. The next step, step two is nutrition and lifestyle. Nutrition is the most important part of this equation. You cannot be eating fast food, Big Mac's, fried chicken. You cannot be eating macaroni and cheese and pizza. But, it will only take small steps in your nutrition, in your lifestyle to make this change. And, if you truly want that, you'll make these life changing, changing experiences, you will make it happen. Start by keeping a food journal. Whenever clients come into my transform studio, I always ask them to bring me at least four days of their diet. And, what they've been eating and drinking. I ask them to write down the time of day, because it's extremely important to see the duration in between the hours of eating. It's also important for me to see what they're consuming, and how many times a day. Now, you might say " I don't eat very much, Angela, and I am gaining weight." The tricky part about this is that fat and muscle are two different things, and you need muscle on your body to lose weight and inches. So, therefore you need to be consuming branch amino acids, protein, and good, clean vegetables and fruits that help your body, that give you life in your body, that give your muscle the tone and burning fat energy that you want."
