You are considered obese in your height bracket, from one sixty five to about two hundred pounds. You are considered obese, you may be considered obese if you have a waist line over forty two inches. If you have thighs that measure thirty inches. You may be obese if you have high blood pressure, hypertension. You may be obese if you diabetes. So today we're going to find a program for you that's easy and simple to use that will get you out of obesity in twelve weeks. If you are considered clinically obese, it's not an insult. It's time for you to make a change in your life. It's not about climbing a mountain, it's not about running up and down three or six or ten flights of stairs. It's not about pushing yourself to exhaustion. It's about making simple changes in your life that will change your life."
