Video Transcript

" On behalf of expertvillage.com my name is Angie Yarid from LA Wax and Skincare Center located in Miami, Florida, and today we’ll be talking about exercising for women over that beautiful number 50. A lot of us may not have time to go to the gym everyday, but there are other ways of exercising. Now I know dancing, I would dance seven days a week if I had the chance, but of course you know I have to work. So there’s dancing, there’s bike riding, walking even for 20 minutes like 2 or 3 times a week will help your body tremendously to get your bodily functions going. Let’s talk about bike riding—it’s exercising the legs, it’s good for the hips and the back. Let’s talk about swimming; that’s important. Now one good thing about swimming is that every part of your body is being exercised in the right way, and this helps you to sleep better which also is great. On behalf of expertvillage.com thank you for watching."
