Another important thing is to stretch; this is a very easy way of stretching our shoulders and our arms, we’re going to bring our hands across in front of us one on each side, we’re going to stretch our right hand across and hold it our elbow with our other hand. Hold for a few seconds; and then we’re going to relax. Then we do the opposite side again, hold for a few seconds and then relax, this will also help to relax our muscles and our back, which is so important because this is where we carry a lot of stress running around doing our daily routines, and we do not even realize how much pressure we carry on our shoulders."
