Senior exercises are exercises that are safe and easy to perform for people of age. Workouts can be performed standing, while using a chair or walker to steady your balance if need be. Staying fit can help with flexibility, balance, strength, and wellness. Combining stretching with low impact muscle flexion can give you a healthy advantage for the years ahead…and help keep you looking and feeling beautiful.

" On behalf of expertvillage.com my name is Angie Yarid from LA Wax and Skincare Center located in Miami, Florida, and today we’ll be talking about exercising for women over that beautiful number 50. Okay let’s start with a very simple, easy, relaxing exercise for our neck. Now I know a lot of us you know we’re stressed out and we have to begin our day with forty million things to do, but then let’s take care of ourselves first. First of all we’re going to relax, almost like we’re meditating and we’re going to relax our head, we’re going to go back for a second, come forward, let our chin touch our chest and then we’re going to go slowly, rotate our head all the around, back to the front with our chin touching our chest, then we’re going to rotate again to the other side, and we’re going to see the movements while we’re doing this and we’ll be thinking of how to relax."
