"Hi! My name is April Plank with Yoga Etc. Studio on behalf of Expert Village. In this clip, we will be working with the single leg thigh stretch on the Pilates Reformer. So Helen is already in the crept positioning. She is going to go ahead and take the reformer carriage back with that left leg. This is really a great way to finish your practice on the reformer. We have been working a lot of hip through the hip flexors and this is just a really great way of stretching out that hip flexor. She is holding onto the bar for just a little bit of stability. She is maintaining that shoulder in neutral spine and you can see that she is getting a really great stretch through that leg. Just hold this easy even brass and when she is ready to come up, she will just bring that carriage back in and back to that start position and then we repeat that on the other side to even out the body. Nice work. That's the single thigh stretch on the Pilates Reformer. "
