"Basically what we're doing is using this stability ball, this big cushion of air, to replace a flat bench with the stability of the floor, so we're not going to be grounded, we're going to come out into a bridge position. You can do this in a variety of ways, with the cable pulley system, straight bar or easy curl bar but I prefer to use this dumbbell cause then I've got my joints lined-up, wrist, elbow and shoulder so my muscle can fire towards it's belly. Relax your head, make sure you got your feet hip with apart, knees stacked with the ankle and you've got active core and active hamstrings. Big inhale down and now you're going to push up with the back of the arms, squeeze up towards the top but don't lock out the elbow joint, curl it in towards the floor head, make sure you're going to have the tendency to want to drop your hips there but you're going to have to anchor everything flat and resist up with the back of the arms, that triceps, that three headed muscle, leave the elbows, they're your stabilizing joint right now. Make sure the workload stays in the back of the arm and the elbows stay soft and it stays where it starts. Elbow doesn't move. The movement happens as a result of flexing and extension of the triceps and the biceps. You're going to tire out quickly downstairs, so choose a weight that you know you can control, up top, within mind that your controlling stability on the bottom as well."
