"Plank is a term you?re going to hear in Yoga, hovering, holding plank. We're going to add in the Bosu for a progressive challenge from the floor. Make sure you've got it down on the floor first and move from there. If it's hard on your wrist it may not be the exercise for you, you could always come down here on your elbows. This is the basic plank; we've got one line with the body from head to toe. My progression from there, then I've got to control more distance which means more momentum and stability. Then once you've got that the next challenge will be to flip it over, and you'll come back up into that plank position. And, we're going to add in rotation with the ball. Forward, side, back, and side; forward and come back to the other side, back, and side. Basically push-up formation, plank position, one long line with the body. Try not to let your hips drag, you want to support the core, and then don't let anything move. Control that whole movement. Anchor everything and just feel it work, almost like a figure eight motion throughout your whole core, front and back. And a good stretch is Child stretcher Child's pose for once you've finished that move."
