"You've reached to a point with your workout with your yoga that you can just and relax, always maintaining neutral posture, nice neutral pelvis right on top of the sits bones, and we're just going to relax. A lot of times you see cervical positioning done excessively, there's only a finer degree of movement in the cervical spine. So let your head tell you where that stopping point is going to be. You don't want to think chin to chest, you want to think how far can I let my head go forward right feel a nice stretch in the back of the neck. And release. And now we want to counteract that by taking the head back. Don't think of leading with the chin cause that's going to put too much excessive force. On the joints, just let it slowly relax and melt back on its own to your active range emotion. For lateral stretch, just one ear to one shoulder and release. And hitting opposite position, creating that nice separation of the cervical and the dilt. And again, when you come forward don't think of chin to chest but think of leading through the top of the head. It's a stretch, you want to make sure you have active range of motion meaning your using active muscles and not the joint to stabilize the movement. Once you get that down, you can add impassive resistance not pulling on the joint if you wish to cervical stretches."
