"Bridge Pose is a good relaxation and let's everything kinda just flow after you've had those poses. Good way to let the muscles relax and release. Come down with your feet hip width apart. Curl the pelvis up towards the ceiling. Maintaining neutral spine, relax. Soft cervical spine, shoulders soften to the mat. And as you hold this, you're going to feel active hamstrings and active quads but I want you to let the weight release and center it all in the all four corners of the feet. Bring your hands underneath you if you have that active brynju motion, trying to maintain head in line with the spine, pressing down through the heels, active breath, hold, keep breathing and just let things melt into the mat. We don't want to tighten them anymore. We just want to relax, open everything up, keep the knees in line with the ankles, in line with the hips and release. Making true we don't hold our breath, but to supplement the muscles with the energy and the oxygen that they need for Bridge Pose."
