"JOSHUA BLANKENSHIP: Hi. My name is Joshua Blankenship with Expert Village, and I'm going to teach you how to do a frontside half cab off of a curb. Okay, so to do a frontside half cab off a curb, you want to pop a little bit earlier than you do for an Ollie. It's between six inches and a foot earlier, 'cause it takes more time for you to pop the board before you get to the end of it. And then, the most important thing when you're doing a frontside half cab off a curb is the landing. So, just focus on landing on your bolts, keeping your balance centered, and you should be fine. So, go ahead and try an Ollie down at first to get the timing for it, but I'll pop Ollie a little bit early, and it'll look kinda like this. After you do the Ollie, go and try the half cab now. That's how you do a half cab down a curb. Just remember to follow basic steps, you gotta have good foot position, pop the board, slide your foot, rotate your shoulders, suck up your legs and land on the bolts. Focus on your landing and you should be fine on this one."
