"JOSHUA BLANKENSHIP: Hi, my name's Joshua Blankenship of Expert Village and I'm going to be teaching you how to do a frontside 180. Okay, so you got the pop, the slide, rotation of the shoulders, and now you need to land on the board so you can roll away. Landing is pretty hard to do. You want to make sure that you are balanced, not too far this way, not too far that way, flat feet on the bolts. If you're not on the bolts, if you're this way, this is too much on the board, it'll break. Too much on this side of the board, it'll break, middle of the board, it'll break. So I have trouble with this sometimes, but you just need to make sure that pop it good, rotate it, land on the bolts and roll away. And the higher you pop it, the more time you're going to have to look at the bolts and focus on your landing. And then you got to make sure to bend your knees when you land it, so you don't leap out and fall, it'll hurt, and that's how you do it."
