"JOSHUA BLANKENSHIP: Hi, my name's Joshua Blankenship of Expert Village and I'm going to be teaching you how to do a frontside 180. So, the key part to a frontside 180 is the pop. You need a good pop so that you don't have to rotate as quickly and it allows you to have a lot more freedom and control in what you're going to do. So to get a good pop, you got to bend your knees a lot, and you want to step down through the board, and as you do this, you jump up, and that's the trick to popping it really high. The higher you jump, the higher you're going to go. So it will look kind of like this. That's going to--that's how you get a good pop. And this is really important to try new tricks, over obstacles, like a board or up an obstacle, like upstairs, and it comes in really handy, gives you a lot more control, and just make sure your frontside 180 look better. So, just remember, you got to pop it high. And it'll take a while to get high--high Ollies, but it's worth it."
