"We're going to talk about another fundamental street skating with 50/50 grind. The grind is when most of your trucks grind along at the edge of the surface of a curve. In this case, a concrete curve with a medal edge at a skate park. You're going to approach the curb almost parallel to it but a slight angle pop the tail, ollie land with both trucks on the copping, riding along push your back tail down and roll away, let's see on in action. The key to this trick is ollieing high enough to get on the curb, having enough speed for your trucks to grind and pivoting your back foot and trying to roll away smooth while you still have speed. One of the basics of doing a simple ollie to 50/50 grind on a curb is approach a curb on an angle, ollie with both trucks landing on the copping, grind with enough speed, turn away in time to roll away smooth.
