"We're going to talk about a more advanced street trick which is doing a shove it on the bank rolling away fakie. To shove it you may remember is where the board is shifted around by the back foot 180 degrees while your feet remain in the same position in the air, land back on top of the skateboard. The difference between doing this trick on a flat ground and doing it on the bank is as soon as you land this trick you are going to increase speed as you roll back down the ramp. The key is to start bending your legs as soon as you land the trick is roll away smooth; let's see it in action. Notice unlike the ollie my back foot was nearly hanging off of the very tip of my board instead of placing it fully on the tail. This gives me more spin with my back foot when I go to spend the tail to make the board go 180 degrees, let's watch it again with emphasis on the back board and it's placement. "
