"We're going to talk about another advanced street technique performing the pop shove it. A 180 pop shove it involves the board popping up as if you are going to do a regular ollie having the board spin 180 degrees while your body is still, stays in the same position, then landing your feet back on the board from the position that you started from and rolling away. The key to this trick is foot placement. Make sure to have your front foot slightly further back than what you would to setup for an ollie. Of your back foot on the tip of the tail pop it sharp spin the board with the back foot, lift your front foot out of the way landing completely back on it and roll it away. To start practicing pop shove it try one on flat ground which is this. Setup like you are going to setup for a normal ollie with your back foot to the tip of the tail, bend your knees pop it and spin it. It takes a few tries to get the hang of it but after you master it doing them on a flat ground perfectly still then you can move on to trying them with a little bit more speed. Let's try it again perfectly still. Bend the knees pop the tail spin the board and land. The key to this trick is keeping the skateboard under you all times if it flies in front of you or to the side of you your feet will land on the ground or on the edge of the board, it might make you fall. Remember front foot behind the front bolts back foot on the tip of the tail pop like you are going to do an ollie shift the board with your back foot, land perfectly and roll away."
