"Hi! I'm Holly Heidermann on behalf of Expert Village and the next exercise I'm going to show you are not in the normal barrel pattern. It uses three barrels and they're set up in a line, and it's similar to what Jim Canna event calls the straights. And what we're going to do is we're going to be turning and weaving in and out of those barrels. We're going to do it both directions and I'll show you what we're going to do. What you're really emphasizing in this is the move over in between the barrels like I talked about between the first and second barrel, you have to move your horse over so they can anticipate that turn around the second barrel and be in the proper position to have a good pocket. So, we're going to do that in this pattern of three barrels set in straight up in a line. And, you're going to see that move over happening. The other thing we're going to emphasize is us keeping our shoulder up, our hand up, our elbow in around that turn so we don't we don't get pulling that horse, dragging him down in the turn."
