"Hi, I'm Bobby Larew. Right now we're talking about some chest exercises you can do to strengthen your chest muscles for your diving. You can use dumb bells in this one. What we're going to do right now is just a dumb bell butterfly. Very simple. I'm using ten pound weights for demonstration. Some of you might want to do more, some of you might want to do less. Whatever you feel comfortable with. You're going to have your feet flat on the mat, knees bent, lie down flat on your back, hold the dumb bells out to your side. It's called a butterfly because what we're going to do is actually looks like we're a butterfly flapping our wings. Okay, make sure you're breathing through all the exercises. Make sure that you're not blacking out and passing out because if you do, you're doing too much. One other thing that you can do for your chest is to take a chair, do incline push ups. Place your hands on the chair, extend your feet behind you, do a push up. You can also do a decline push up. Put the chair behind you, place your legs on the chair, hands flat on the floor, and do push ups that way. I would suggest three sets of ten for all these chest exercises to strengthen your chest muscles."
