"Hey, I'm Bobby Larew. Right now, what we're going to do is we're going to stretch our upper body in preparation to get ready for diving. Okay, one of the first things you can do is stretch your shoulders, really simple. Take your right arm, cross in front of your chest, grab your right elbow, pull it in close to your body, okay? You don't want to pull it too hard and put the strain on your shoulder, but you do want to feel a nice little stretch going on. Same thing with the left arm, cross it in front of your chest, grab your left elbow with your hand, and pull. What you can also do is take your right hand, put it behind your head, grab your elbow behind your head, and pull. Remember to hold for ten seconds while you breathe. Take the left hand, put it behind your head, pull on your left elbow. Also, on the neck, when you're stretching the neck, make sure that you try not to roll the neck and pinch some of the nerves, but you just want to look straight down, to the right, okay, come back to center, back, back to the center, and to the left again. Those are a few stretches you can do for your upper body and your neck to get ready."
