"Hey, I'm Bobby Larew. Right now, we're going to talk about stretching our torso and our back. It's very important to do this. This is one of the areas that most divers will have a problem with is their back from all of the bouncing that we're going to be doing on the boards. You want to make sure that your torso and your back are well stretched. One of the first stretches you can do is to extend your left leg. Take your right foot and right leg, cross it over top, alright? Take your left arm, put it on your right knee, and you're going to turn your body to the opposite way. Remember to hold for ten seconds, relax, and breathe. Switching it up, you're going to extend the right leg, cross the left foot over, right elbow on your left knee and stretch the other way. That's one stretch that you can do. A second stretch you can do for your torso is this: lie flat down on your stomach, in a push-up position, press up on your hands. Right now, what we're doing is we're actually stretching out our stomach. Remember to hold it for at least ten seconds and relax while you're doing it. These are just two stretches that you can do to get ready for diving."
