"Hi, I'm Bobby Larew. Right now we're going to concentrate on our legs. We talked earlier about the four major groups. When you're stretching, I would spend at least five minutes on each body part stretching it, okay? Flexibility is so important in diving. Right now, I'm going to show you a few exercises that you can do while stretching your legs. First, I always like to warm up with this one. Just spread your feet a little farther than shoulder width, and you're just going to stretch from one side to the other, getting the inside of your leg. From here, what you're going to do is put your hands down on the floor, and you're going to walk your hands back behind your legs, again, still stretching the inside. Make sure that you're holding each one for a count of ten seconds, try to not to bounce, and breathe. When you breathe, it's easier to stretch. From here, lean to the left leg, again holding for ten seconds and breathing. To the right leg. Another stretch that you can do on the floor on the mat, left leg out, toes pointed, right leg in, going down as far as you can trying to get the chest down to touch the knee, and again then you can just alternate on the other leg, again putting the chest, relaxed and breathing, down to the knee as far as you can. Make sure you're holding them, and make sure you're relaxing in all of these stretches you need to do before we get into the pool."
