" Hi! My name is Matthew Moyles. I’m a coach here at Minisink Valley. I’m here on behalf of Expert Village and today we’re going to go over competitive wrestling. Here we are going to introduce you to the basic top position. Once again, my associate Richard is down, his elbows are bent, he sitting on his laces now he has to wait for the official to ask him if he’s set. Bottom guy are you set? Top guy proceed. Now Josh gets on, takes his left hand places it on the elbow. Notice how his hand his thumbs make a V. That V goes right into the elbow, whereas his right hand goes on his bellybutton. His left knee is on the ground right behind the bottom guy’s ankle and the right knee is up in the air behind him. This way when the whistle blows both wrestlers will be set to wrestle. "
