"So you are here on two, you are going to leave your legs apart and go into a high V on three. So I have taken you from five, six, seven, eight. One, and, two, three. You leave your legs apart a little bit beyond shoulder width. If you are wondering if your arms are placed correctly, just bend your elbows, put your fists in front of your forehead, and then extend them, and you know you are where you need to be. I can see, the corner of my eye can see my arms just in my peripheral vision. So I am here, I am going to bend my arms and bring them back. Now it is very important I do not rotate forward, and I stay nice and tight, and my body is straight. Now I have got my shoulders rotated so that you see this part of my fist rather than this part. If you have your arms here where they could talk to each other is what I tell my little kids then you have got them rotated the wrong way. Rotate them outward so they would be talking away from each other. So I am in a nice, high V that I have gotten to from two, I am going to keep my arms above my head and extend out to three. I am going to hit a high V."
