"Okay beginning the back hand take back it has to be similar to the forehand. So you have a forward rotation. You take the racket back you past the left shoulder if you are a righty, as you stepping in your pivot on your back foot, racket head is down, anchor foot through the content point up, and once again in a L. Right here with the wrist higher then the shoulder. Once again we would show it, it becomes a little semicircle to the left as it was on the forehand to the right. Semicircle down, step, hit, through, and up. Okay notice the balance hips are around a 45 degree angle to the spot."
