"Okay in teaching the back hand we emphasis first to the beginner that you switch to the back hand grip with the four finger up on top of the racket. The first knuckle right on top of the racket. Taking the left hand to guide it in if your a righty and pressing the racket against your thighs so you have shoulder to pull. What we do here is the same thing perpendicular to the net, right foot on 45 degree angle, come up on your foot, hit through and up to a point here so we are in a L. So the right edge is coming to the right eye. With this is the same type of concept with balance, your anchor foot, the adjustment foot, coming through up and over."
