"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Joe Spano. I like to start the beginner from the already perpendicular position using the line to set the feet. The front foot on 45 degree angle, the back foot parallel to the net. I'm using the net and the strap here is a point to touching there learn where to take the racket back. What we like to do is drop the ball hit it and follow through. You see my wrist is higher then my shoulder and my back foot is extended up. Similar to the forehand volley that we have learned earlier the balance point is the same. So the beginner would bounce, hit and follow through with a balance. This the beginning of the stroke."
