"One of the keys to dribbling is rolling over the ball. It's just a different move, a different skill that you can use. Again you want to use your right foot and left foot as you do this. Let's watch as Luis does it with just his right foot. He brings the ball forward step and rolls over the ball. Ryan's going to demonstrate doing it with his left foot. Now as Luis comes back you'll see him do it with his right and then he'll push it over and do it with his left, going in the same direction. Right and then he goes to his left going back the other direction. Same thing with Ryan. Ryan is starting with his left and going to his right. Now guys if you would just show them dribbling with the inside of your foot and then moving to a roll over and then going back to dribbling with the inside. So you see they dribble with the inside of their foot and now they're rolling it back as they also do roll overs. Putting in different combinations as you get better at dribbling, better at controlling the ball."
