"My name is Tim Boucher soccer coach at LaSalle Academy for Expert Village. Today we're talking about soccer and right now we're going to be talking about dribbling. This is the second drill that we'd like to do, this is called the pendulum. Keeping the ball, keeping in control, learning how to control the ball with your feet, keeping the ball right in between your ankles. Let's watch the demonstration. As they do this you'll see them going back and forth moving the ball quickly keeping it in control right in between their feet. Again, learning how to control. The second thing you can do with this is you can begin to move forward. Keeping the ball moving right in between your feet the whole time and held the other direction. Nice and in control. Demonstrated again right there guys just keeping it right in between your feet, nice and in control. Just using the inside of your foot and then moving forward."
