"Hi, my name is Christopher Howell with Expert Village and today I'm going to talk to you about how to watch soccer and it's basics. And some of the misconducts can be like a bad fly tackle to where you're playing the man, not the ball and you're just trying to be hurtful. Or if you just get into a fight or it could be the language you're using towards other players. It could be numerous type things. Basically it's just misconduct, the bad things that you're not supposed to be doing. Once it's determined whose ball it is, they'll go ahead and proceed by doing a throw in. Two hands on the ball, directly over the head. You can't come to the side, you can't come to the side, you can't lift any feet off the ground or anything. By the time you throw the ball, you can take as many steps as you want, you must stop in front of the line, the side line itself, it comes directly over the head and throw the ball while both feet are planted. You know, you can drag your feet, you know you can do just about whatever, but when the ball releases from your hands, it must be directly over the head and both feet must be on the ground."
