"Hi, my name is China Smith of Sarasota, Florida. I am the people's champ, and on behalf of Expert Village, competitive boxing, I'm getting ready to demonstrate and do a couple work outs. A warm-up workout, I hope you enjoy yourself. Thank You. I'm the people's champ, I'm with China Smith and friends. We're almost getting ready to wrap it down. Right now we're getting ready to just do some stretching, well, my guys are. And since it's at the end I kind of pretty much let them stretch how they feel, how their body feels, so they're pretty much going to do it on their own. So watch, and learn. Thank you for joining. And watch me in the near future, the people's champ, China "The Dragon" Smith, the next heavyweight champion of the world, '08. Start, getting down, and hold it. One, two, three, four, five. That's it. Slow up. And down again. Five. Slow. One, two, three, four, five. And up. Spread them. Down for five. Slow. One, two, three, four, five, and up. Down again. Slow five. One, two, three, four, five. And up. And now we're going to do a hamstring stretch while we sit. Tuck one leg in. You want to grab that toe. This stretches your back and shoulders, and also the back of your leg. We're going to hold that for ten. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten. And now we're going to do a butterfly, stretch the insides of our legs. We're going to hold that for ten. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten. And then we're going to put this leg up over this one, grab this knee. We're going to pull it for ten. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten. Next leg. OK. Now we're going to pull this leg back. You've got to be careful on this one. We're going to hold it for ten. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten."
