"Hi, I'm Mara Keith-Hunter for Expert Village. Today I would be talking about how to clip a horse. There are many types of clippers; today I have 3 examples. Each type is good for different things. These are for body clipping they are very good as you can see. Huge blades and they are very loud. So they are really only good for that use. We are not going to be using these today cause we are just doing basic clipping. Another optional kind is just a little cordless pair of clippers and these run more quieter if you have a horse that is afraid of clippers. These could be a good option. The problem with them is they are not as powerful so they are only good for easy parts of their body like there muzzle and some are a little stronger. You might be able to do their ears so we would be using these today. We be using just a basic pair of clippers and these are really good for doing their legs, doing their ears, really just the basic touch up clipping jobs. "
