"Hi, I'm Kelli on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you some tips and techniques that I use when using transitions in the western style riding. Now we are going to get her to move from the halt to the jog. So this is going to apply a little bit more of a kick than we would if we where going to a walk. So we are just going to pick up a little bit on her, do a little kick and a little cluck of encouragement to go forward. So again a little squeeze like I would give her, like I was asking her to go into the walk to the halt. We want her to lift right into it, we don't want her to go off in a walk and take a lot of steps in between there. We want her to lift right into her jog. So again a little kick, a little cluck, get her to lift right into that jog to the halt. So that is how you would want to transition from the halt into the jog."
